Privacy policy

- I only collect what you type in the quote form: your Discord username and your project details.
- I use it only to reply to your request. I don't sell data, run ads or profile anyone.
- Requests land in a private channel of mine on Discord, with servers in the US.
- The site doesn't use tracking cookies. Visit metrics are anonymous and aggregated.
Who I am
I'm Amashirio, a freelance Roblox game animator based in Brazil. I'm the controller of the data processed on this site. Contact: a message on my Discord server, linked in the site footer.
What I collect and why
- Quote form: your Discord username, animation type, request details, deadline and budget (what you choose to fill in). I use this only to reply to your request (pre-contract steps at your request: LGPD art. 7(V); GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical logs from the host (IP, browser, time) for security (legitimate interest).
- Cookie-free, aggregated analytics to see whether the site works (legitimate interest).
- I never ask for your full name, age, ID, email, phone, address, sensitive data or your Roblox password or login.
Sharing and international transfers
I don't sell or share your data for advertising. It passes through Discord (USA), where I receive requests; Cloudflare (site hosting, the form function, video storage and Turnstile spam protection); and Umami (cookie-free analytics). YouTube and Twitch only load when you click play. Transfers outside Brazil or the EU rely on these providers' safeguards and are needed to handle your request.
Retention
Quote requests that don't turn into a project are deleted 12 months after last contact. Project records are kept only as long as the law requires.
Minors
This site is aimed at developers and studios. If you're under 18, you can ask for a quote, but a parent or guardian must agree to and handle the deal. I don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if I learn I have, I delete it.
Cookies
No tracking or advertising cookies. Only your language choice may be stored in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to processing, by messaging me on Discord. I reply within 15 days (and within one month at most under the GDPR). You can also complain to Brazil's ANPD or to your local data protection authority.
Changes
I'll update the date above when this policy changes.
